Prayer Points for Day of Prayer & Fasting (13/02/19)
Pray for an increase in the miraculous at One Church. We want the supernatural to be our norm, not the exception. We want people to experience the glory of God when we gather; for God's presence and power to be manifest in such a way that the sick shall be healed and lives set free. We want the book of Acts to be our reality - to see salvation, healing and breakthrough on a daily basis.
Those who had been scattered preached the word wherever they went. Philip went down to a city in Samaria and proclaimed the Messiah there. When the crowds heard Philip and saw the signs he performed, they all paid close attention to what he said. For with shrieks, impure spirits came out of many, and many who were paralyzed or lame were healed. So there was great joy in that city (Acts 8:4-8).
that the workers in One Church would be deployed and a great harvest reaped - that each church member would see themselves as a missionary sent by God to transform their spheres of influence.
Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” (Matthew 9:37-38)
Pray for an influx of new Christians - people who are won to Christ in our homes, communities, workplaces, places of leisure, Sunday services and all other spheres of influence.
