Bart Gee 2.jpg

It's great to welcome Bart Gee to One Church on Sunday 8th April as our guest speaker and musician. The theme for the day will be 'Turning Disability into Possibility'.

Bart was born with Arthrogryposis, a rare disability which means that he has weak muscles and stiff joints.  Doctors gave him a bleak outlook to life but God stepped into his situation.

For some time, Bart felt God had called him to share his story and he set up his own website www.breakinglimits.co.uk in January 2016.  His ministry is titled 'Breaking Limits' because doctors gave him such a bleak outlook to life.  However, when you ask God to step in, God who knows no impossibility, limits are broken and miracles happen.

Although he needs help with certain tasks, Bart is relatively independent and drives an adapted car which enables him to travel around the country on a regular basis to share his story, mainly in churches and schools.

Bart is also an accomplished musician.  He studied at Nexus, a Christian music college in Coventry.  He is 35 years old and plays the piano regularly at Hope Church Malmesbury.
